Plastics Pall Ring of Random Packings

The Plastic Pall Ring is a highly efficient random packing widely recognized for its superior performance in gas-liquid and liquid-liquid contact processes. Developed as an optimized alternative to traditional ring packings, it features a unique design with evenly distributed windows on its cylindrical wall—each window is accompanied by inward-bending blades that extend into the ring's interior without overlapping, creating an open and unobstructed structure.

Together with super saddles, the plastic pall rings have become a standard for many designer and processes. The rings are also used to replace metal pall rings in applications which are in need of the excellent corrosion resistance of the plastic material.
Plastic materials for the production of tower packing have recently been used in many application fields which formerly were restricted to metals, special alloys and ceramic materials.
