Pipe Liquid Distributors
A pipe liquid distributor consists of a series of tubes connected to a central main or branch pipe to achieve uniform and efficient distribution and collection. The distributor installed at the top can ensure that the process fluid passes through the bed evenly, while the distributor at the bottom can collect the treated fluid, connect it to the central header through the side wall of the container or a branch pipe, and transport it to the bottom of the container for discharge. Various connection forms such as threads and flanges can be used to install the branch pipes on the central header or header; in order to increase the strength of the branch pipes and fluid distribution, the branch pipes can be lined with porous pipes.

Pipe Liquid Distributors can made by PTFE material as well. PTFE are ideal for chemical engineering and applications that requires excellent corrosion resistance and low friction coefficient. This material resists to almost all corrosive chemicals, including organic solvents, acid and base. PTFE is also one of the most thermally stable plastic materials and there is no appreciable decomposition at 260°C.
Application
It is widely used in packed extraction tower, absorption tower and cooling tower, and it is an ideal choice for separation, mixture or handling of vapor-liquid load, suspensions, emulsions, fouling or contaminated liquids. It is also used in frequently pressure and pressure vacuum operations of distillation, absorption, extraction and other processes.
